Wednesday, 10 September.— The International Human Rights Network (RIDHE) participated in a knowledge-sharing session within the framework of the HeArts of Youth project, where, together with other international organizations, it reaffirmed its strong commitment to promoting youth integration through the arts.
This European initiative—focused on the social inclusion of migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking youth through dance and art therapy—adopts a dual approach: building the capacity of youth workers, while simultaneously applying these techniques with young migrants to foster well-being and inclusion.
During the event, it was highlighted that all knowledge generated by the HeArts of Youth project is made publicly accessible through digital platforms, including a multilingual handbook and educational videos, ensuring that youth workers everywhere can benefit from these resources.
The project brings together international partners committed to advancing youth inclusion and empowerment, including The Red Pencil (Belgium), Cie Essevesse (France), Hope For Children (Cyprus), and the Centro Internazionale per la Promozione dell’Educazione e lo Sviluppo (Italy).
RIDHE expressed its gratitude to all contributors for making this session both inspiring and highly relevant.
The RIDHE team in Europe emphasized: “Initiatives such as this one highlight the importance of continuing to build spaces of inclusion and support for those most in need.”
“Every intern here is a living proof of the human capacity to overcome the most challenging circumstances...
