The International Advocacy Program for RIDHE It aims to defense and promotion of human rights before international organizations. It is a planned and coordinated strategy to influence the policies, practices and decisions of international organizations responsible for protecting and promoting human rights at the global level.
Generate actions on the part of the international community that contribute to compliance with international agreements and the principles of the Social State of Law regarding the protection of human rights by States and governments in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
From RIDHE we promote the international protection of Human Rights from the international level and local governments.
Protection and defense of civil society organizations and human rights defenders, through advocacy with United Nations (UN) bodies, institutions of the European Union (EU) and the Organization of American States (OAS).
We contribute to international organizations through various actions, such as awareness-raising, research, education, public defense, participation in sessions and hearings, and the establishment of strategic alliances with other relevant actors.
